Insurance
To maintain our highest quality of care to our patients, we do not accept Medicare or other insurance for our services. Hence, we are not restricted by insurance payment algorithms that often limit treatment procedures and duration of therapy. However, we can provide invoices that can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are considered out of network providers, and depending on their insurance benefits, they can receive between 50% and 80% reimbursement after their deductible has been met.
Service Locations
We mainly serve Manatee and Sarasota counties but we also serve Pinellas and Hillsboro counties. If you live outside our common service locations, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Physician Referral
Although we accept physician referrals, it is not a requirement to start your treatment. Florida is a Direct Access State. This means you are allowed to go directly to a Physical Therapist without a physician's referral and receive treatment for 30 days. If treatment is needed after the initial 30 days, we will work on securing any necessary approval from your physician.
